Developed by Alistair Maclean-Clark and written by Sam Collins. Sarah, a successful but broken African-American lawyer, daughter of one of New Yorks’ most high profile litigators, returns to her childhood home in Charleston, after losing a critical case, that has resulted in the death of a family. However Charleston hides a dark past for her and her family and when Sarah takes on a part-time job at a private medical Institute that houses violent and insane inmates, too dangerous, for other prisons she starts to wonder if the cost of finding her own rehabilitation through theirs is actually worth the cost.
